The Woggaginna DSO Project is located approximately 55km southeast of Newman, 35km from BHP Billiton's Jimblebar iron ore mine and railway. The project area is situated on an Archaean greenstone belt containing multiple BIF units which remained underexplored prior to Warwick's initial exploration drilling in early 2009.

Prospect mapping and rock chip sampling have identified a large number of areas of iron enrichment over the BIF. The initial focus of exploration has been the Wishbone Prospect, where RC drilling has identified excellent high grade hematite-goethite enrichment to depths of over 70m and horizontal widths of 80m, developed over a 2.7km strike length of steeply-dipping BIF.

Intersections such as 51m at 60.8% Fe demonstrate the potential of the Wishbone Prospect, while another result of 36m at 60.4% highlights the fact that the mineralisation remains open to the northwest, where mapping has identified an additional 700m of outcropping enrichment. For more details please refer to WRK SAX announcements of 17 June and 13 August 2009.

Based on outcrop mapping, rock chip sampling and RC drilling to date, Atlas has an overall DSO exploration target for Woggaginna of 50 to 100 million tonnes at 57 to 60% Fe.
